Forward Deployed Engineer
The most effective AI deployments in the world share one thing: an engineer embedded inside the client's environment, owning the outcome end to end. NexBI is building that capability, and we're looking for our first Forward Deployed Engineer.
What this role actually is?
You will live inside our clients' environments, on-site or remote, customizing, integrating, and deploying NexBI's AI platform against real operational problems. You are the bridge between what we build and what the client actually needs. You are not a consultant. You are not a support engineer. You are the person who makes it work when no one else can.
What you'll be doing?
- Embedded Deployment: Own the full technical integration of NexBI's platform within client infrastructure, from scoping to go-live.
- Custom Development: Build client-specific modules, connectors, and workflows on top of our core platform.
- Technical Discovery: Translate complex, often unstructured client problems into precise engineering requirements.
- Product Feedback Loop: Surface what you learn in the field directly back to the product team. Your observations shape the roadmap.
Who you are?
- Full-Stack Capable: Comfortable across the stack: APIs, data pipelines, backend integrations, and enough frontend to get the job done.
- AI-Literate: You understand how LLMs, knowledge graphs, and AI systems are architected and deployed, not just used.
- Autonomous Under Pressure: You solve problems on-site, with incomplete information, without waiting for a playbook.
